Our first practice is scheduled for 10 or 11 am on 6/22!
And… at this moment the pool is still closed awaiting inspection on the repairs that have been done this month.
Guess what that means! DRY LAND WORKOUT!
Plan to come to practice at ready for a fun getting to know you workout on dry land!
Be sure to bring:
1) TOWEL – for ground work like push ups and sit ups.
2) FULL water bottle
3) Wear athletic clothing – 💪 Athletic SHOES required! 👟
